Ziegler, Sophie  

Board of Trustees

Sophie Ziegler received her BA from Wesleyan University, her California Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University, and her Masters in Education from UC Berkeley with a specialty in reading instruction.  She has taught at both the middle and elementary school level, first as a humanities teacher and then, following graduate school, as a Reading Specialist for the Millbrae School District. Sophie and her husband Jonathan live in San Francisco with their sons Reed (SFFS class of 2015) and Simon (SFFS class of 2017).  Sophie also serves on the board of the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
