Katherine Preston joined our Developmental Support in the spring of 2010. She collaborates closely with teachers, advisors, learning support staff and parents. Katherine maintains a private practice in San Francisco and has held many clinical leadership positions overseeing and providing clinical training and supervision for therapeutic services for children and families throughout the Bay Area. She lives in Pacifica with her partner, Alex, a studio executive for an e-learning company here in San Francisco. They have two children: Isabelle, age 9, and Sam, age 11. Katherine also teaches religious education at the Unitarian Universalist Church of San Mateo, Lifespan Development at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, and facilitates workshops in Marin focused on psychology and spirituality.
