McCormac, Patty

Patty McCormac grew up just outside of Athens, Greece, and then came to the US to earn a BA from Stanford University and then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco.   Throughout her career as an RN she has focused on health education and is currently the Division Program Director for the National Kidney Foundation.   A parent at SFFS, Patty has been on the Parent Education committee since its beginnings in year two of SFFS – with particular passion for the SPICE workshops; focusing on exploring the Quaker Testimonies and how they come alive in the school curriculum.  Patty has also served on the Quaker Life committee.  She and her husband, resident bagpiper, Scott Ludeke, have three boys at SFFS – John, class of 2011, David, class of 2013 and Sam, class of 2016.
